Most commonly originating from the UK & Europe, slate is our most popular material as a new roof covering.

Natural slate is a superior roofing material known for its strength, beauty, and longevity. Its classic appearance adds a timeless quality to any home, blending seamlessly with both period and contemporary architecture. Highly durable and resistant to harsh weather, fire, and moisture, natural slate can last well over a century when properly installed, making it a long-term, cost-effective option. Unlike many modern roofing products, slate requires minimal maintenance and won’t fade or deteriorate quickly. As a natural, environmentally friendly material, it’s also a sustainable choice for homeowners looking to combine performance with traditional craftsmanship.
